Job summary

Osage Casino Tulsa is seeking a responsible individual to handle deliveries from the kitchen and storage areas. This role requires maintaining a professional appearance, assisting in bar setups, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Candidates must be at least 18, possess a valid driver's license, and be capable of meeting physical demands, including standing for long periods. Experience in quick service restaurants and familiarity with liquor liability laws is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must obtain and maintain a state alcohol server certificate and Food Handlers certification.
• Required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and obtain and maintain an Osage Nation gaming license.
• Required to maintain a valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for delivery of items from kitchen and storage.
• Maintain neat and professional appearance.
• Ensure correct temperatures of food and beverage products.
• Assist in concessions and bar areas as needed.
