Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Experience in quick service foods, arena, or stadium venues preferred.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical equations.
• Must obtain and maintain a state alcohol server certificate and Food Handlers certification.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screening and obtain Osage Nation gaming license.
• Maintain a valid Driver’s License.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Osage Nation preference applies to all positions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a neat and professional appearance.
• Deliver items from kitchen, storage rooms, coolers, and freezers.
• Adhere to par stock levels and rotate product to minimize waste.
• Assist in concessions or bar areas and stock shelves as needed.
• Organize storerooms and ensure proper temperatures for food and beverages.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and assist in bar setup/opening.
