Qualifications

• Must be 21+ and able to obtain an Illinois gaming license.
• 2+ years in high-volume casino management (preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Proficient with computer-based time and attendance.

Responsibilities

• Foster an entertaining atmosphere aligned with Bally's Born to Entertain philosophy.
• Promote guest service and build lasting guest relations.
• Direct controls for outlets to operate economically and profitably.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol service requirements.
• Develop staffing schedules to maximize service and productivity.
• Hire, train and manage staff according to standards and policies.
• Maintain high food, service and health and safety standards.
• Respond to guest and employee needs and resolve complaints.
• Inspect outlets for health and safety compliance.
• Control labor and operating expenses.
• Schedule and direct staff in daily work assignments.
• Seek new methods to promote the restaurant and property.
• Maintain high visibility during peak periods.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication.
