Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Public Administration, or Law required.
• Two years of related experience in accounting, law enforcement or related area; observation skills may substitute for college requirement.
• Must possess a driver's license and be capable of obtaining a State Gaming License.

Responsibilities

• Independently observe gaming operations and identify, document, and report deviations from approved procedures, internal controls, and governing laws.
• Monitor the collection, transportation, and counting of gaming revenues to ensure compliance with established standards.
• Test, examine, and inspect slot machines and other gaming equipment.
• Oversee the storage, issuance, and destruction of slot machines and equipment.
• Review and audit casino and accounting records to identify deficiencies and risks.
• Receive and document customer complaints, conduct investigations, and coordinate with relevant departments.
• Prepare clear, accurate inspection reports and documentation.
• Assist in training of new Inspectors and other personnel; serve as Lead Inspector when required.
• Appear as a witness at Commission hearings when necessary.
