Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum experience and training: Associate's Degree in a criminal justice, accounting or gaming related field; or two years of gaming-related experience; or an equivalent combination.
• You must be able to perform essential job functions.

Responsibilities

• Observe the operations of staff and patrons to verify compliance.
• Utilize electronic and manual recording systems and casino gaming devices including slot machines.
• Analyze recordings, reports and other documentation to identify issues.
• Prepare incident reports to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Assist patrons with questions and the self-exclusion process.
• Support enforcement actions by referring or recommending actions to the appropriate offices.
