Job summary

Commonwealth of Pennsylvania’s Gaming Control Board seeks a Casino Compliance Representative 1 to help ensure fair, safe gaming statewide. The role monitors licensed operations for adherence to laws, rules, and internal controls to preserve integrity and public trust.

You will observe staff and patrons, work with industry systems and gaming devices, analyze data, prepare incident reports, assist patrons with self-exclusion, and refer enforcement actions when needed.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in a criminal justice, accounting or gaming related field.
• Two years of experience performing gaming assignments related to slot machines, gaming software, surveillance or sports wagering.
• Equivalent combination of experience and training.

Responsibilities

• Observe staff and patrons to verify compliance with rules and procedures.
• Analyze recordings, reports and documentation to identify issues.
• Prepare incident reports communicating findings and recommendations.
• Assist patrons with questions and self-exclusion process as needed.
• Refer or recommend enforcement actions to appropriate offices.
