Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Preferred 6 months experience as a cocktail and/or food server in a similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Take order and serve food and drinks efficiently and accurately.
• Garnish and serve cocktails to guests.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, liquor brands, beers and non-alcoholic selections.
• Respond to guest inquiries about hotel services and local attractions.
• Perform opening and closing duties; restock and inspect station and service areas.
• Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority and report issues as needed.
