Qualifications

• 3–5 years of beverage operations or hospitality management experience.
• Casino/gaming industry experience preferred.
• Knowledge of liquor laws and safety regulations.
• Ability to recruit, train and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee beverage service operations ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
• Review administrative functions performed by beverage supervisors for accuracy and policy adherence.
• Adjust staffing levels across the beverage department to meet needs.
• Assist in developing departmental budget goals and monitor financial performance and costs.
• Direct all personnel-related functions: recruitment, scheduling, training, evaluations and development.
• Establish and enforce consistent beverage service standards across operations.
• Represent the department in labor relations and related proceedings as required.
