Job summary

Belterra Casino Resort is seeking a Barback to maintain bar stock levels and provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities include transporting beverages, cleaning the bar area, and operating cash registers. Candidates must be at least 21 years old and have a valid Indiana ABC Permit.

This role requires physical stamina, lifting up to 50 pounds and ensuring excellent customer interactions throughout shifts. Prior experience in a similar position is preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in the same or related field preferred.
• Must be excellent in customer service and communication.
• Must be able to lift and maneuver up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Must have Indiana ABC Permit (Liquor License) and be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Maintain established bar stock levels by transporting beverages.
• Prepare written requisitions for stock.
• Cleans and maintains all areas of the bar.
• Receives and fulfills beverage orders.
• Operates cash registers and completes transactions.
