Job summary

Fontainebleau Las Vegas, LLC seeks a Casino Accounting Director to lead the Casino Accounting, Audit, Soft Count and Record Retention teams. This role oversees daily casino and tax audits and the flash and DOR issuance, and supports the month-end closing for the Casino Accounting team.

You will drive casino accounting policies, internal controls, and compliance with regulatory requirements while mentoring staff and ensuring accurate revenue reporting and cash handling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent).
• 3 years in Casino Accounting or Casino Audit.
• Leadership experience in a large-scale, luxury resort is preferred.
• GAAP financial statement preparation expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead Casino Accounting, Audit, Soft Count, and Record Retention teams.
• Oversee daily casino and tax audits, and issuance of flash and DOR.
• Support month-end closing for Casino Accounting team.
• Drive casino accounting policies, cash policy, and internal controls.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate revenue reporting.
