Fontainebleau Las Vegas seeks a Financial Reporting Manager to lead preparation and consolidation of financial statements across multiple entities. You will analyze accounts, manage cash flow planning, and support audits and regulatory filings, partnering with senior management and external auditors.

The role requires strong GAAP knowledge, several years in accounting for a luxury property or similar environment, and proven supervisory capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/business or related field; equivalent experience.
• Five+ years in accounting, preferably with large-scale luxury operations or public accounting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills; ability to exercise professional judgment.
• Ability to analyze data and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements for multiple entities and perform consolidation.
• Conduct account analysis, reconciliations, cash flow analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Coordinate audit preparation, internal controls, and regulatory reporting.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Provide ad hoc financial reports to senior management and ownership.
• Support annual audits and quarterly reviews; coordinate with third-party tax preparers.
• Discuss and resolve technical accounting questions; monitor debt covenants.
