Fontainebleau Las Vegas is seeking a Casino Accounting Director to lead the Accounting, Audit, Soft Count, and Record Retention teams. You will oversee daily audits, month-end close support, and enforcement of policies and internal controls.

The role requires strategic leadership and regulatory compliance across gaming operations. Ideal candidates have CA/FIN accounting credentials, casino accounting experience, and advanced Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; and/or equivalent education/experience.
• Experience in Casino Accounting or Casino Audit preferred.
• GAAP financial statement preparation experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Casino Accounting, Audit, Soft Count, and Record Retention teams and daily audits.
• Enforce casino revenue/accounting policies and internal controls.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate reporting of revenues.
• Oversee cash handling operations and inventory controls.
• Coordinate internal and external audits with regulatory bodies.
