Job summary

Resorts World Las Vegas LLC is seeking a Supervisor, Casino Accounting to oversee the Casino Accounting team and daily operations including audits, reconciliations and financial statements. The role ensures adherence to the property's Internal Control System aligned with NGCB MICS regulations.

The supervisor fosters integrity, teamwork, and continuous improvement while mentoring staff and coordinating with regulators and auditors.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age and legal work eligibility in the United States.
• Experience in casino accounting, finance, audits or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of NGCB MICS and state gaming regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily audits from cage, slots, table games and other gaming revenue audits.
• Manage programs and procedures relating to gaming finance, tax and regulations.
• Coordinate with Lead Representative on monthly/quarterly/annual MICS preparations.
• Assist Compliance to ensure regulatory requirements are in place and functioning.
• Generate journal entries for Month End Balancing and review reconciliations.
• Oversee daily audit processes and specialized audits as assigned.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries as needed.
• Coordinate document production in response to regulator/auditor requests.
• Manage HR responsibilities including hiring, training, and staff development.
• Participate in meetings, trainings, SOPs and process improvement initiatives.
• Cover daily audits or lead-adjacent duties as needed; use personal device for duties.
• Perform other job-related tasks as requested.
