Job summary

Illumia is seeking an Implementation Consultant to deliver and support cashless payment and POS solutions. The role combines technical implementation, client training, and ongoing support to ensure successful deployments and high customer satisfaction.

Hybrid work available for local candidates in Alpharetta, GA or Scottsdale, AZ. Travel up to 25% and coordination with project teams are required. Base salary ranges reflect market competitiveness and client needs.

Qualifications

• Has a degree or certificate in a technical field or IT concentration.
• Can learn Illumia service offerings.
• Has knowledge of MS Office and other MS products.
• Has strong interpersonal skills with excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Is extremely detail-oriented and driven.
• Preferred: experience with retail Point-of-Sale or Cashless systems; healthcare or large clients; PCI compliance familiarity; SQL database and SSO authentication; inventory tracking.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, integrate, and troubleshoot cashless payment and POS solutions for clients.
• Deliver and support implementations with client training and ongoing support.
• Provide on-site or remote installation and go-live support.
• Deliver expert training and consultative services for optimal system functionality.
• Coordinate hardware shipments with Project Management.
• Configure interfaces with third-party HR/Payroll systems.
• Configure POS devices, menus, and payment gateways.
• Ensure PCI compliance during installations and integrations.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and senior consultants.
