Job summary

Illumia is seeking an Implementation Consultant to deliver and support cashless payment and POS solutions for clients. You will install, configure, integrate, and troubleshoot systems, with a mix of on-site and remote work depending on location.

You’ll collaborate with Project Managers and Senior Consultants, providing training and hands-on support, while ensuring PCI compliance and high customer satisfaction. This role requires technical acumen and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Requires degree or certificate in a technical field or IT concentration.
• Strong interpersonal skills with excellent oral and written communication.
• Extremely detail-oriented and driven.
• Client-focused approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, integrate, and troubleshoot cashless payment and POS solutions for clients.
• Deliver on-site or remote installation and go-live support.
• Provide expert training and consultative services for optimal system functionality.
• Coordinate hardware shipments and interface configurations with 3rd party systems.
• Escalate and troubleshoot hardware and software issues with vendors and teams.
