Job summary

Illumia is seeking an Implementation Consultant to deliver and support cashless payment and point-of-sale solutions for clients. You will install, configure, integrate, and troubleshoot systems, with responsibilities spanning from initial setup to client training and ongoing support.

The role combines technical implementation with customer-facing training, ensuring high customer satisfaction and successful deployments in a hybrid work environment near Alpharetta, GA or Scottsdale, AZ.

Qualifications

• Has a degree or certificate in a technical field or IT concentration.
• Can learn and master Illumia service offerings
• Has a knowledge of MS Office and other MS products
• Has strong interpersonal skills with excellent oral and written communication skills
• Is extremely detail-oriented and driven
• Is client-focused

Responsibilities

• Deliver and support cashless payment and POS solutions by installing, configuring, integrating, and troubleshooting systems for clients.
• Provide on-site or remote installation and go-live support for clients.
• Deliver expert training and consultative services for optimal system functionality.
• Collaborate with Project Management to coordinate hardware shipment and interfaces with 3rd party HR/Payroll systems.
• Configure POS devices, menus, and related features; work with credit card gateways and PCI compliance.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and escalate to vendors as needed.
