Responsibilities

• Lead and support cashier team during daily operations and customer service.
• Deliver excellent customer service and efficient checkouts.
• Train, coach and provide feedback to cashiers.
• Monitor cash handling procedures, balance drawers, and resolve discrepancies.
• Prevent theft by observing store activity and reviewing security footage.
• Document all returns and exchanges per company procedures.
• Operate cash register and process cash, credit, and digital payments.
• Greet customers promptly and provide courteous service.
• Oversee checkout area cleanliness and readiness.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
• Support promotions and upselling execution.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalated issues professionally.
• Assist with store opening and closing, including cash handling, register setup, and closing procedures.
