Responsibilities

• Successfully execute store opening and closing procedures.
• Lead, train, and support cashiers to ensure excellent customer service and smooth daily operations.
• Receive payments from customers and issue receipts.
• Track and balance all cash and credit transactions within the respective cash register.
• Interact with customers to understand their needs or answer any questions.
• Count money accurately and efficiently.
• Operate the cash register and point-of-sale systems.
• Use computers for basic daily tasks.
• Answer customer questions and provide excellent service.
• Assist with stocking merchandise and organizing products on the sales floor.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to ensure a neat, safe, and welcoming store environment.
• Safely lift, carry, and maneuver items weighing approximately 50 pounds (more or less) as needed.
• Maintain a flexible approach and be willing to take on additional duties as needed to support the team and store operations.
