Job summary

Blain’s Farm & Fleet is seeking a Head Cashier to ensure a smooth shopping experience. You will reconcile cash register receipts, prepare bank transactions, and monitor payroll information while performing all duties of a Retail Cashier and Customer Care Desk Clerk.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Evenings and at least every other weekend required.
• Able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile cash register receipts and prepare bank transactions.
• Monitor, correct, and submit payroll information; perform duties of Retail Cashier and Customer Care Desk Clerk.
• Balance registers and store safe; manage office supplies.
• Demonstrate awareness and compliance with Loss Prevention and safety policies.
