Job summary

Blain’s Farm & Fleet is seeking a Head Cashier to reconcile cash receipts, process payroll, and perform duties of a Retail Cashier and Customer Care Desk Clerk. You will balance tills, prepare bank deposits, and support other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Qualified candidates will have strong communication, retail experience, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. Background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Able to work evenings and at least every other weekend.
• Able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile cash register receipts and prepare bank transactions.
• Monitor, correct, and submit payroll information.
• Perform all duties of Retail Cashier and Customer Care Desk Clerk.
• Balance registers and maintain store safekeeping and finances.
• Order and maintain store office supplies.
• Support other departments as needed.
• Demonstrate awareness of Loss Prevention and safety policies.
