Job summary

Blain's Farm & Fleet is seeking a Head Cashier to reconcile cash receipts, oversee payroll submissions, and perform cashier and customer care duties to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Responsibilities include balancing the register, maintaining cash controls, and assisting in other departments as needed while adhering to Loss Prevention and safety policies. Retail experience is preferred and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Great communication skills.
• Prior Retail experience preferred.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Able to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile cash register receipts and prepare bank transactions.
• Monitor, correct, and submit payroll information; perform duties of Retail Cashier and Customer Care Desk Clerk.
• Balance registers and manage cash handling tasks.
• Order and maintain store office supplies; balance DNR receipts; file required paperwork.
• Assist customers and contribute to loss prevention and safety procedures.
