Blain's Farm & Fleet is seeking a friendly cashier to greet customers, process checkout items, and promote Blain's Rewards. The role supports multiple store functions and requires attention to pricing accuracy and coupon redemption. Weekend premiums apply and full-time benefits are offered after 91 days of employment.

The position emphasizes customer care, quick checkout service, and adherence to store policies while contributing to Blain's culture and sales goals.

Qualifications

• Perform Self-Checkout attendant duties as needed.
• Handle Customer Care duties including returns and answering calls.
• Assist other departments as assigned.
• Assist with customer carryout as needed.
• Perform duties of the Sales Floor Associate as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering and leaving the store with a friendly attitude.
• Greet customers when entering the checkout line.
• Scan each item and ensure pricing is accurate.
• Redeem in-store and manufacturer coupons.
• Replenish merchandise in the checkout area.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the checkout area.
• Resolve customer issues and escalate to management when needed.
• Achieve specific goals for Blain's Rewards Mastercard applications, Loyalty sign-ups, and BEST Protection Plans.
• Assist at customer care, Self Checkout, and the sales floor as needed.
• Demonstrate awareness and compliance with all relevant policies (finance, safety, LP, HR, legal, etc.)
