• Greet customers when entering and leaving the store
• Provide friendly, helpful assistance at the checkout
• Scan items and ensure pricing accuracy
• Redeem coupons and manage loyalty sign-ups
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the checkout area
• Resolve customer issues and escalate to management as needed
• Promote Blain’s Rewards Mastercard and BEST Protection Plans
• Assist across departments as needed to support customer service
