Goodwill in Chardon, Ohio is seeking a Cashier/Sales Floor Associate to deliver outstanding customer and donor service. You will operate the POS system, handle transactions, stock merchandise, and help train new team members in a welcoming store setting.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer and donor service at every interaction.
• Operate the POS system, handle transactions, and maintain accurate cash records.
• Support programs such as Round Up and Good Points.
• Stock, rotate, and merchandise sales floor inventory.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
• Assist with training new team members.
• Follow all agency policies, safety, and security procedures.
• End every transaction with a positive message: "You changed a life today-thank you!"
