Goodwill - North Olmsted is seeking a full-time Cashier/Sales Floor Associate with a passion for customer service and teamwork. You will help shoppers and donors, operate the POS, and keep the sales floor welcoming and well-stocked.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic math skills and comfort handling cash.
• Prior retail experience preferred, but not required.
• Experience with POS systems and basic computer skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer and donor service at every interaction.
• Operate the POS system, handle transactions, and maintain accurate cash records.
• Support programs such as Round Up and Good Points.
• Stock, rotate, and merchandise sales floor inventory.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
• Assist with training new team members.
• Follow all agency policies, safety, and security procedures.
• End every transaction with a positive message: "You changed a life today-thank you!"
