Reliable Cars is seeking a friendly Cashier/Receptionist to greet customers, answer calls, direct traffic within the dealership, and support accounting functions. The role emphasizes professional communication and a positive attitude as part of daily interactions with customers and staff.

Responsibilities include coordinating with sales, scheduling appointments, and preparing memos and reports while maintaining a courteous and efficient atmosphere on site.

Responsibilities

• Answer dealership group phones, greet and receive prospects and customers.
• Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson.
• Work cooperatively with the sales and other internal teams.
• Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents.
• Assist in scheduling and confirming sales appointments.
• Other duties as assigned.

In this role, you will receive calls into the dealership, determine the nature of the caller’s business, and direct them to their destination. You will also be responsible for basic accounting skills and knowledge of routine accounting functions in both accounts receivable and accounts payable.

Schedule: Tuesday - Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. andSaturday 8 a.m. - 3 p.m.

Pay: $17 / Hour
