Leader Automotive Group is a wholly owned subsidiary of AutoCanada, a publicly traded company. Leader Automotive is AutoCanada’s first footprint into the U.S. market, with 9 dealerships representing 15 different franchises and approximately 500 employees. We have a strong presence in the Chicagoland area with 7 dealerships and 2 in central Illinois. We are seeking talented individuals to join us as we expand into the U.S. market.

We currently have 2 part-time Cashier/Receptionist positions available at our Bloomington Auto Mall store.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, efficient, and quality service to all customers at all times.
• Maintain excellent attendance; notify your manager when unable to report to work.
• Greet customers in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.
• Answer customer questions with honesty and genuine concern.
• Handle customer complaints tactfully and promptly, following dealership guidelines; escalate to management when necessary.
• Answer all phone calls promptly and route them appropriately; take messages when needed.
• Process financial transactions accurately (cash, checks, credit) and issue receipts.
• Balance cash, checks, and credit transactions daily.
• Secure cash, checks, keys, and confidential materials during and after shifts.
• Assist with administrative duties such as sorting and filing.
• Attend all departmental and staff meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
