Spitzer Autoworld in McMurray, PA is seeking a friendly cashier/receptionist to welcome customers, handle payments, and support service staff. The role focuses on accurate cash handling, clear communication, and professional customer service in a busy dealership environment.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers at the cashier window in a pleasant and professional manner.
• Answers incoming calls in a prompt, polite and professional manner.
• Receives cash, checks and credit card payments from customers; receipts amount received.
• Scanning and filing documents.
• Answers customer questions about service performed or products purchased, or refers them to someone who can.
• Handles customer complaints with integrity and poise and, when necessary, refers dissatisfied customers to the appropriate individuals for resolution.
• Maintains a professional appearance.
• Keeps work area neat and clean.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
