Job summary

Napleton Kissimmee CDJR, part of the Ed Napleton Automotive Group, seeks a Cashier Receptionist. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred and will help serve a diverse customer base.

You will handle customer transactions, process payments, and ensure accurate billing while delivering friendly service. This role offers opportunities in a large, established dealership network with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred for effective customer interaction.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to undergo a background check as per local policy.

Responsibilities

• Calculate the customer’s bill using the dealership’s computer system.
• Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers.
• Make change accurately and issue receipts to customers.
• Ascertain and record totals of counter tickets and repair orders, sales deposits and verify against all cash, checks and credit card payments on hand at end of shift.
• Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer to the appropriate person for resolution.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends and holidays.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Cashier experience, automotive dealership experience is a plus
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
• Excellent communication skills
• Professional appearance.
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
