Job summary

Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a bilingual Cashier Receptionist for Napleton Kissimmee CDJR. The role involves processing customer transactions, calculating bills, and handling payments to support a smooth customer experience.

The ideal candidate should be accurate, customer-focused, and able to work flexible hours, including some weekends and holidays. Automotive dealership experience is a plus, and the group offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Cashier experience, automotive dealership experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local laws—18+.

Responsibilities

• Calculate the customer’s bill using the dealership’s computer system.
• Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers.
• Make change accurately and issue receipts to customers.
• Ascertain and record totals of counter tickets and repair orders, sales deposits and verify against all cash, checks and credit card payments on hand at end of shift.
• Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer unhappy customers to the appropriate person for resolution.
• Able to work a flexible work schedule, including some weekends and holidays.
