Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a bilingual Cashier Receptionist for Napleton Kissimmee CDJR. The role centers on handling customer transactions, processing payments, and contributing to a positive customer experience. A strong emphasis on accuracy and professionalism is required.

Preference is given to bilingual candidates (English/Spanish). The company offers a fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth within a large dealer group across multiple brands.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Cashier experience helpful; automotive dealership experience a plus.
• Excellent communication skills essential.
• Professional appearance required.

Responsabilités

• Calculate the customer’s bill using the dealership’s computer system.
• Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers.
• Make change accurately and issue receipts to customers.
• Ascertain and record totals of counter tickets and repair orders, sales deposits and verify against all cash, checks and credit card payments on hand at end of shift.
• Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer to the appropriate person for resolution.
• Work a flexible schedule, including some weekends and holidays.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Cashier experience, automotive dealership experience is a plus
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and informationExcellent communication skills

• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
