Job summary

Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Cashier/Receptionist at Napleton's Mid Rivers Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM. You will handle customer transactions, compute bills, and process payments to ensure a smooth checkout experience.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma, cashier experience, strong communication, and a neat appearance; willingness to undergo a background check; 18+ years old to comply with policy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Cashier experience is a plus in an automotive dealership.

Responsibilities

• Calculate the customer’s bill using the dealership’s computer system.
• Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers.
• Make change accurately and issue receipts to customers.
• Ascertain and record totals of counter tickets and repair orders, sales deposits and verify against all payments at end of shift.
• Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer to the appropriate person for resolution.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends and holidays.
