Job summary

Bookmans Entertainment Exchange in Phoenix is seeking a part-time retail associate to support customers with purchases and questions in a friendly, fast-paced environment.

You will handle cash and trade transactions accurately, de-escalate issues when needed, and maintain a clean, organized counter area while delivering positive service to every guest.

Prior retail experience and excellent communication skills are a plus, and you will be scheduled for 24-28 hours per week.

Bookmans Entertainment Exchange has been serving Arizona communities for nearly 50 years. We buy, sell, and trade with our customers to acquire the majority of our inventory, proudly following a sustainable business model that keeps items out of landfills and gives them new life. Job Responsibilities

To apply customer service knowledge to assisting customers with their purchases and questions, continuously incorporating positive customer-focused strategies. Handle cash and trade transactions in an accurate and efficient manner.

• Able to efficiently and accurately complete sales transactions
• Ability to de-escalate situations that may arise in a retail work environment working with the public
• Cash Handling and POS knowledge.

This position is part-time and scheduled at 24-28 hours a week.
