Job summary

Bookmans Exchange in Phoenix is seeking a friendly part-time Retail Associate to assist customers with purchases and questions, while delivering positive, customer-focused service. You'll handle cash and POS transactions accurately and efficiently, maintain a clean counter area, and help de-escalate tense situations to ensure a welcoming store atmosphere for every guest.

Job Responsibilities

To apply customer service knowledge to assisting customers with their purchases and questions, continuously incorporating positive customer-focused strategies. Handle cash and trade transactions in an accurate and efficient manner.

This position is part-time and scheduled at 24-28 hours a week.
