Qualifications

• At least 1 year of large-cash handling experience.
• Must be 21+ and able to obtain/maintain a gaming permit.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and maintain a professional appearance.
• Must be able to work any shift, including weekends/holidays.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 25 lbs, and work in a noisy environment.

Responsibilities

• Exchange cash, chips, coin, and instruments with Cage Cashiers and departments.
• Process and reconcile deposits, withdrawals, markers, paid ins/outs, drops, and cashier banks.
• Monitor, fill, and reconcile ticket redemption kiosks; verify tokens and complete shift reconciliations.
• Pay jackpots as required and respond to inquiries about credit, markers, deposits, or rewards.
• Maintain compliance with gaming regulations and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Exchange cash, chips, coin, and instruments with Cage Cashiers and operational departments.
• Process and reconcile deposits, withdrawals, markers, paid ins/outs, drops, and cashier banks.

• Pay jackpots as required and respond to phone inquiries about credit, markers, deposits, or rewards.
• Resolve guest issues at redemption terminals.
• Prepare daily income control reports.
• Maintain compliance with gaming regulations, internal controls, and Title 31 requirements.
• Assist team members and act as shift supervisor when needed.
• Maintain an organized work area and adhere to company policies.
• Promote Caesars Rewards programs and guest experiences.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
