Duties

• Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and process transactions efficiently at the cash register
• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas to ensure a safe food handling environment
• Assist in menu planning by preparing ingredients and supporting daily food prep needs
• Handle food with care, adhering to all food safety regulations and sanitation procedures
• Serve food promptly and courteously, ensuring customer satisfaction during their dining experience
• Support catering events or special functions as needed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork

Requirements

• Full availability Monday through Saturday (9 am-9 pm)
• Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or culinary environments is highly preferred
• Knowledge of dietary department practices and dietary aide experience is a plus
• Strong knife skills and proficiency in food preparation techniques are essential
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
• Commitment to food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude that fosters teamwork and guest satisfaction
• Reliable transportation
