Our franchise organization, Conroe Corral Murphy, LLC dba Golden Corral, is currently seeking energetic, friendly individuals to join our team!

Entering and leaving Golden Corral are two of the most critical moments in the guest’s experience because lasting impressions are formed during these moments. The Cashier / Host’s interactions with our guests and these impressions ultimately dictate whether the guest will return.

Guest Service:

• Greet guests as they enter the restaurant and offer a sincere, personal invitation to return as they leave.
• Assist guests who may need help.
• Process GC On the Go To-Go orders.
• Maintain friendliness and courtesy on the phone.
• Follow position responsibilities related to just-in-time delivery.
• Know the buffet offerings for the day, including menu items and prices.
• Keep the vestibule, host/cashier station, and surrounding areas organized and clean.
• Help ensure the buffet is properly set up with correct labels, and clean buffets and surrounding areas regularly.
• Adhere to local health department laws and regulations.
• Complete duty rosters and ensure cleanliness, service, and quality standards are met.

Operational Excellence:

• Notify the Manager when the cash drawer needs to be deposited to reduce the risk of theft.
• Ensure the cash drawer balances with daily paperwork.
