Job Summary

The Outside Services Assistant provides professional and high-quality customer service to Members/Guests by efficiently conducting Golf Operations outside services.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

1. Assist golfers by loading bags, cleaning clubs, preparing them for play, and answering questions. Offer suggestions on golf etiquette.
2. Help golfers after their rounds by cleaning clubs, delivering them to cars, and checking in golf carts.
3. Stay informed about club events, course conditions, and other helpful information to enhance Members'/Guests' experience.
4. Coordinate with other golf staff such as range attendants, cart attendants, marshals/starters to ensure seamless service.
5. Interact professionally with Members/Guests, assisting with last-minute requests and changes as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

• Customer service experience and basic golf knowledge and etiquette.
• Trustworthiness to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and sensitive matters.
• Comfort working in indoor and outdoor environments, including exposure to extreme temperatures and humidity.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
