Qualifications

• Previous cash handling experience in a high volume establishment.
• Ability to problem solve.
• Ability to multi-task and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Practice safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to bend, reach and lift up to 25 lb cash bags.
• Positive attitude toward staff.

Responsibilities

• Cash out servers, bartenders, and retail sales associates.
• Reconcile daily credit card transactions.
• Make daily deposits and bank manifest.
• Maintain armored car log and deposits.
• Process party deposits and petty cash log.
• Balance the safe performed 3x daily.
• Cash out Box Office, Live, and Banquet employees as applicable.
• Handle paid ins/outs for employees.
• Notify management of over/shorts.
• Direct bill payments and potential cafe reception duties.
