7th Street Burger Hackensack is hiring part-time and full-time cashiers to be the face of the shop. You will greet customers, accurately enter orders into the POS, process cash, credit card, and mobile payments, and help keep the counter clean.

We value a positive attitude and reliability, with experience in fast-paced retail or restaurant settings encouraged. Perks include weekly pay, medical, dental, and vision benefits for full-time staff, paid training, and growth as we expand.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and reliability required.
• Experience in a high-volume restaurant or retail environment preferred.
• Food handler certification is a plus (we will help you get certified).

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer and create a welcoming, high-energy experience.
• Accurately enter orders into the POS system.
• Process cash, credit card, and mobile payments efficiently.
• Count and close out the register at open and close.
• Keep the counter, lobby, and garbage areas clean throughout your shift.
• Communicate with the cooks to ensure order accuracy and speed.
• Support your teammates and jump in wherever the shift needs you.

Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour + Tips
