Accountabilities/Duties
- Greet walk-in and phone guests promptly with warmth and enthusiasm, following NbC Sweet Steps of Service.
- Maintain strong product knowledge to educate guests about NbC cakes, flavors, pricing, promotions, and retail merchandise.
- Suggest additional merchandise like balloons, candles, and cards for celebrations.
- Process orders efficiently using the point-of-sale system and invite guests to join the NbC Email Club.
- Keep the bakery clean and organized, including routine cleaning tasks.
- Replenish retail merchandise and cake displays to ensure appealing presentation.
- Assist in preparing cake decorations and packaging supplies as needed.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines, dress code, and personal hygiene policies.
- Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
