Job Title: Inbound Sales Representative

Pay Range

This range is provided by Axelon Services Corporation. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range: $18.00/hr - $20.00/hr

Additional pay: Pay rate to candidate is $20/hr

Position Details

Location: 100% remote (including training)

Training schedule: M-F 9:00am - 5:30pm EST for two weeks, plus 1 week of nesting. Attendance is mandatory during training.

Post-training schedule: Flexible hours between 8am - 9pm, M-F, with one weekend per month on a rotating schedule. Will transition to a permanent shift.

Start date: 7/14/2025

Minimum Requirements

• Must have a current active resident property and casualty insurance license (General P&C, NOT Personal Lines) in at least 35 states, preferably all 50 + D.C.
• Licenses must remain active throughout the assignment.
• 2+ years sales experience.
• Proven attendance reliability.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Role Overview

The Client's Inside Sales Representative will work directly with pet parents to provide solutions for their pet insurance needs in a call center environment. Responsibilities include managing inbound calls and leads to increase policy sales, improving customer retention through problem solving, education, and delivering a WOW! customer experience.
