Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Cashier (Customer Service Associate) to be the first and last contact for customers. You will greet customers, assist with purchases, handle returns, and perform basic cash office functions to ensure a smooth checkout experience.

This role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities with base pay starting at $15.00 per hour, depending on experience. Join a team focused on exceptional service and store experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Knowledge of basic math skills
• Customer service experience
• Potential travel to other stores for support.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer in a helpful and courteous manner.
• Connect with customers, ask about their projects, recommend products and excite customers about their purchase.
• Provide above and beyond customer service and exceed customer expectations.
• Demonstrate and understand compliance with the company’s safety processes.
• Act and work in line with the company’s core values.
• Process customers at checkout using the POS system.
• Process refunds and exchanges according to guidelines.
• Open and close registers.
• Follow cash, check and credit card procedures.
• Answer the telephone according to guidelines.
• Stock, tag and display merchandise as required.
• Create price tags and merchandise signs.
