Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is hiring a Cashier (Customer Service Associate) to be the first and last point of contact for customers. You will greet shoppers, process payments at the POS, handle returns, and help create an exceptional in-store experience.

Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available. You will engage customers about projects, suggest products, and uphold company safety and cash-handling procedures while delivering friendly, reliable service in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Knowledge of basic math skills.
• Customer service experience.
• Potential travel to other stores for support.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer in a helpful and courteous manner.
• Connect with customers, ask about their projects, recommend products and excite customers about their purchase.
• Provide above and beyond customer service and exceed customer expectations.
• Demonstrate and understand compliance with safety processes.
• Process customers at checkout using the POS system.
• Process refunds and exchanges according to guidelines.
• Open and close registers.
• Follow cash, check and credit card procedures.
• Stock, tag and display merchandise.
