Job Summary

Operates POS system, assists the Chef, prepares coffee, and maintains cleanliness of stations. Responsibilities include:

• Preparing foods such as meats, vegetables, baked goods, and desserts; assisting with catering orders.
• Performing cashier duties using the POS system.
• Cleaning duties; trash removal.
• Providing service in retail areas, cashiering, and line serving.
• Maintaining cash accuracy; making deposits.
• Inventory and restocking.
• Setting up serving lines, monitoring food temperatures, serving items.
• Stocking and rotating products using FIFO.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
