We are hiring immediately for full-time CASHIER/FOOD SERVICE WORKER positions.

Location: Fidelity - 49 North 400 West, Salt Lake City, UT 84101. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 3:00 pm. More details upon interview.

Requirements: Previous food service experience preferred.
*Internal Employee Referral Bonus Available

Pay Range: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour

Job Summary

Summary: Operates Point of Sale system, assists the Chef, prepares coffee, and maintains cleanliness at coffee and cashier stations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Help prepare foods such as meats, vegetables, baked goods, and desserts. Assist with catering orders.
2. Perform cashier duties using the POS system.
3. Perform general cleaning duties; dispose of trash and garbage appropriately.
4. Provide service in all retail areas, including cashiering and line serving.
5. Handle cashiering according to procedures, maintain cash accuracy, and make deposits at shift end.
6. Inventory and restock supplies and food products.
7. Set up serving line, monitor food temperatures, and notify cooks if issues arise.
8. Serve hot and cold items to customers.
9. Prepare items for purchase daily.
10. Stock and rotate refrigerator products using FIFO.
11. Maintain pantry par levels, record replenishments, and monitor refrigerator temperatures daily.
12. Perform other assigned duties.
