WILLING TO PAY MORE PER HOUR FOR THE RIGHT RESIDENTIAL HOUSECLEANING EXPERIENCE. 90% OF THE ASSIGNMENTS ARE IN RESIDENTIAL HOMES. IF YOU ONLY LIKE COMMERCIAL CLEANING, THIS IS NOT THE JOB YOU WANT.

CUSTOMERS OFTEN REWARD OUR EMPLOYEES WITH $5 to $30 TIPS FOR A JOB WELL DONE! Holiday bonuses happen frequently too! So, if you work hard and do an exceptional job, your hourly pay is only part of your income! A well-liked, hard-working, high-quality cleaner will frequently make an additional $75 to $100 a week in tips.

Responsibilities:

1. Effectively use provided equipment -- including vacuums and cleaning solutions -- to clean customer homes, offices, warehouses, and other facilities.
2. Be able to clean all surfaces in the home, including fans, blinds, light fixtures, baseboards, fixtures, counters, showers, toilets, cabinets, and floor.
3. Ability to clean floors on hands and knees in kitchens and bathrooms.
4. Vacuum all stairs, carpet, hard surface floors, and furniture.
5. Move all reasonably moveable furniture to clean under and behind.
6. Carry all cleaning products and equipment to and from office, vehicle, and customers’ homes.
7. Assist in keeping supplies stocked and equipment in good working order.
8. Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude and contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable, and on time.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 6 months residential maid service/housekeeping/janitorial/hospitality cleaning experience preferred.
2. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to commute between job sites.
3. Ability to read and follow cleaning instructions.
4. Ability to learn and use technology associated with applications used to clock in and follow job instructions.
5. Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses.
6. Strong communication and customer service skills.
7. Ability to lift and carry 20 lbs of equipment.
8. Ability to withstand regular physical contact with dog and cat hair, mold, dust, mildew, and cleaning solutions.
9. Ability to go up and down on a ladder from time to time.
10. Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, etc.

Transportation: In ALL cases, the employee will need their transportation. There will be times when the group lead can arrange a carpool with the other members assigned to the same job.

Education Requirements: A high school diploma is preferred but not necessary. No college is necessary. However, the applicant must have the ability to learn new skills, become efficient, and take learning very seriously.

Experience Requirements: Requires MINIMUM OF 6 MONTHS RESIDENTIAL CLEANING experience. Leadership experience is a definite plus; experience cleaning your own home over the years qualifies as a level of experience.

Physical Requirements: This is a very physically active job where lifting, bending, stooping, visual acuity, mental organization and coordination, balance, and moving are all very necessary to be efficient. If you have concerns that any of these physical or mental activities would be detrimental to your health, please consider a different job that may be more suitable.

Starting Wage: Starting wages will be based on the results of a testing phase where the level of cleaning accuracy, personal conduct, and independence potential will be monitored. During the testing phase, the starting wages are $15/hr. After a trial period, wages can increase quickly based on efficiency of work, quality of work, and dependability.
