Job summary

Bally's Corporation is seeking a part-time team member to deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment at our Rock Island location. You will ring in guests, maintain clean work areas, and follow policies for handling revenue and closing out centers.

Responsibilities include using the InfoGenesis POS, staying informed on promotions, and performing side work and checklists. Candidates should have strong English communication and be able to work varied shifts, including nights and

Responsibilities

• Ensures department follows regulatory, departmental, and company policies.
• Complete side work and checklists as assigned.
• Ring in guests promptly and accurately by tender, with eye contact and guest names when possible.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Follow company policies for revenue handling, signing out banks, and closing revenue centers.
• Use Point Of Sale InfoGenesis systems.
• Maintain inventory par levels and restock as needed.
• Be aware of promotions and events.
• All other duties as assigned.

• Develops, maintains a Service Culture that ensures the delivery of Superior internal/external guest service by all team members.
• Ensures department adheres to all regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures.
• Responsible for completing assigned side work and checklist.
• Responsibilities include ringing in guests in a timely manner and correctly according to tender. Always making eye contact and use the guest name when possible.
• Responsibilities include keeping work areas clean and organized.
• Responsibilities include following company policies related to dealing with received revenue, signing out banks or drawers, and closing out revenue centers.
• Use Point Of Sale InfoGenesis systems.
• Responsibilities include maintaining par levels related to inventory ordering and restocking as needed.
• Knowledge of all promotions and events.
• All other duties assigned

Target Salary:

• Target Salary Range $15.00
