The Role:

Files guests' keys and parking tickets systematically for efficient vehicle retrieval. Provides assistance to guests and learns from their questions daily.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure files accurately reflect vehicle locations.
2. Review parking tickets for accuracy and completeness.
3. Handle POS functions, including extending courtesy, communicating parking options, documenting on the Parking Validation Log, and reporting space availability and equipment issues.
4. Accept cash or receipts and issue parking tickets.
5. Handle monetary transactions accurately.
6. Monitor radio for shuttle bus drivers.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.
