The Role:

Files guests' keys and parking tickets systematically to ensure efficient retrieval of guests' vehicles. Provides excellent customer service by addressing guests' questions and comments, learning from interactions daily.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensures files properly reflect the location of all parked vehicles.
2. Reviews parking tickets for accuracy and completeness.
3. Performs Point of Sale functions, including extending customer courtesy, communicating parking options, ensuring proper documentation, and reporting space availability and equipment issues to management.
4. Accepts cash or casino parking receipts and issues parking receipts.
5. Handles monetary transactions accurately.
6. Monitors radio for shuttle bus drivers.
7. Performs other duties as assigned.
